Great location, comfy stay!
We stayed for a night and the place is pretty sweet. The room was tidy and the bed was super comfy. Staff were super friendly and breakfast hit the spot, especially the black pudding! Just be ready for some noise from the road, so maybe ask for a quieter room.

The full English breakfast was a right treat, setting us up for a day of exploring! Sam was a gem, making check-in a breeze. Plus, the location is spot on, just a stone's throw from the lovely park.
We had a bit of a chilly start with no heating, and the room could do with a little sprucing up. Didn't really affect our stay though, just added to the quirky charm of the old place!

A Cozy Stay with a Great Breakfast!
My partner and I enjoyed a delightful two-night stay. The standard twin room was clean and comfortable, perfect for unwinding after our adventures. Breakfast was exceptional—an à la carte menu with plenty of delicious options to kickstart our day. Pro tip, request a room away from the street for a quieter night!

I enjoyed my stay. The staff communicated well about the heating issue before I arrived. I found the dining room pleasant for breakfast, and the food choices were satisfying, especially since breakfast was included in the price. I would return to this place without hesitation if I visit this area again.
The room showed some signs of wear. I felt the bathroom could use more attention during cleaning.
